We reserve the right to and may change this privacy policy from time to time. If we make any material changes, we will notify you through the Call Recorder or by presenting you with a new version of this privacy policy for you to accept if we, for example, add new processing activities or collect some additional personal data from you.
Your continued use of the software after the effective date of an updated version of the privacy policy will indicate your acceptance of the modified privacy policy. In some cases, you will have to explicitly accept changes to the privacy policy.
While using our app, we may ask you to voluntarily provide us with a certain type of personal information (“Personal Data”), so that you could conveniently use our app.
Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).
All the content of the following permission can only be obtained by us after your consent, and we use it under the permission of Google. All the information we collect is in order to provide a better product and service.
When you use the Call Recorder, you may provide us:
Audio files. Recordings of your voice, such as phone calls, when you use our app. This information we collect automatically.
Financial data. This is the history of your purchases. This information we collect automatically.
Device data. Includes model, OS version, language, and time zone. Unique device identifiers (including IDFA or GAID). This information we collect automatically.
Location data. Includes internet protocol (IP) address, language, and location, country, state, city, zip code, timezone. This information we collect automatically.
Use and registration account. You can provide us with your phone number when you use our app and when you register an account.
Data on subscription fees. This is the information we get from the App store or Google play when you buy our subscription. This information we collect automatically.
Your activity. We can use information about how you use our app for marketing and analytics purposes. This information we collect automatically.
We also collect, use, and share Aggregated Data such as statistics or demographics. Aggregated Data may be derived from your data but is not considered personal data in law as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific Call Recorder feature. However, if we combine or connect aggregated data with your data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data that will be used under this privacy policy.
We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses.
We also undertake to collect only such amount and type of Personal Data that is strictly required for the purposes mentioned in this Section of the privacy policy («data minimization principle»)
We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

We disclose potentially personally-identifying information (i.e., Personal Data) among our employees, contractors, and affiliated or other third-party organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on the Company's behalf or to provide services available at the Company's website and mobile platforms, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors, and affiliated or other third-party organizations may be located either within or outside of the USA or the European Economic Area (EEA); by using the app, you consent to the transfer of such information to them.
We may have to share your data with the parties set out below for the purposes set out in the section "Purposes for which we will use your personal data".
External Third Parties: Google LLC, Facebook, Inc., Apple Inc., Appfigures, Inc., Amplitude Inc., Hetzner Online GmbH, Twilio Inc. These parties analyze your data and show relevant information about the app or help us with the storage of Personal Data when you use the app, to understand how you use the App, engage with particular features and what you like or dislike the most to generate statistical reports.
We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
We do not use user data for sale (or any other commercial activity) to other companies. User data is used solely to ensure the app's functionality.
If you choose to use the Service or provide your information to us, your information may be transferred to, processed, and maintained on servers or databases located outside of the country or jurisdiction where you are located, including the United States. Such countries may have laws that are less protective than the country in which you reside. If you do not want your information transferred to processed, or maintained outside of the country or jurisdiction where you are located, you should not use the Service.
You can withdraw your consent or opt-out, whatever applies in your case, from sharing your Personal Data under this subsection anytime by contacting us at [email protected] and stop using our software.
When you pay for a subscription to our app, you share your banking information with the App Store. This relationship is further regulated between the user and the Privacy Policy of the App Store or Google Play.
We do not collect or process your bank information when buying a subscription.
We can obtain information from App stores and Google play about paid user subscriptions, such as user IDs, and the amount paid to track when the software was made available.
Please note that we never collect, and we are not responsible for the collection or security of banking, financial, and payment information.
We will retain your Personal Data as long as your account is active or needed to provide you Services, and only for as long as it serves purposes of processing identified in this privacy policy. At any time, you can remove your Personal Data as specified in Section "Opt-out options" of this privacy policy.
You should be aware that we may retain certain Personal Data and other information after your account has been terminated in an aggregated, anonymized form. Any posts or comments you submit may remain visible if and after you delete your account. We are not obligated to remove your posts or comments. We reserve the right to use your information in any aggregated data collection after you have terminated your account. However, we will ensure that the use of such information will not identify you personally.
If you remove data from your account, you will no longer see it in the app, but some backups of the data may remain in our archive servers for a reasonable period of time due to technical solutions we use. However, we undertake to delete any such backups within a reasonable period of time.
If you choose to deactivate your account, we retain your Personal data for as long as your account is active and a reasonable period thereafter in case you decide to re-activate the access to the app. We also retain some of your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, to support business operations, and to continue to develop and improve our software.
Where we retain information for software improvement and development, we take steps to eliminate information that directly identifies you, and we only use the information to uncover collective insights about the use of our software, not to specifically analyze personal characteristics about you.
In some circumstances, we may anonymize your Personal Data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes or for purposes of aggregating it with other information in connection with improving our software, in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made several requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. The Service may not be used for unauthorized eavesdropping or recording of conversations without the consent of all participants. Such actions are strictly prohibited and may result in criminal or civil liability.
Recordings obtained through the Service may only be used for personal use only and purposes that do not violate the law. The user bears full responsibility for ensuring the lawful use of any recordings or transcriptions. By using this Service, you agree that the Company is not liable for any illegal actions taken by the user through the Service. You are fully responsible for complying with all applicable laws and obtaining necessary permissions before recording or transcribing any communication. You agree to indemnify and hold the Service harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Users can send emails for more information when using the software. For this purpose, the user consents to the use of their email to communicate with them.
Also, we can send notifications directly in the application to notify about changes in the software operation.
